5 for 6.6.10

  1. Hanging out after the Reston Triathlon and seeing some old friends.
  2. Having a productive coaching session and realizing how much progress I've made even in such a short time.
  3. Enjoying a relaxing and centering yin yoga class and being reminded to be mindful of blessings.
  4. Reading "Pat the Bunny" with Freddy and watching him do all of the actions before I read them.
  5. Helping Freddy feed Scarlett cat treats.
